Larry Haiven is Professor Emeritus of labour relations and human resource management at Saint Mary’s University, Halifax. An acknowledged specialist in industrial conflict and human rights, he is one of the founders of Equity Watch.

Larry has published widely on issues of bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
